2024 Budget Survey
Get involved! Council will develop the 2024 Town of Aylmer Budget later this spring and your input is important to this process. The 2024 Budget Survey is your chance to voice your opinion on which services should be a priority in the coming budget year. Town Hall Meeting with The Mayor
Join Mayor Jack Couckuyt and Deputy Mayor Pete Barbour for a town hall meeting to catch-up on all that’s going on in the Town of Aylmer, and express your vision for Aylmer’s bright future!
The town hall meeting will take place Monday, September 25th, from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm, at the Old Town Hall Theatre 38 John St S, Aylmer, ON N5H 2C2.
Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
Save time with the pre-authorized payment (PAP) plans for property tax! We offer PAP Plans to make it easier to pay your municipal tax bills, and to help avoid late fees. There is no cost for this service.
If you pay by PAP Plan, you still will receive two tax bills. These are statements for your records. You can opt to receive these bills by email or by mail.
Waste Management Key Dates
- Brush Curbside Collection – September 25 to 28
- Large Item (Bulk) Curbside Collection – October 3 to 6 (Tuesday to Friday)
- Fall Leaf Collection – October 23 to November 17
- Christmas Tree Drop-off Depot – December 26 to 31

Parks and Recreation Master Plan
Council will consider approval of a new Parks and Recreation Master Plan in the fall of 2023. The Plan will be used to guide decision-making process related to the provision and sustainability of parks and recreation facilities and programs.
