Proposed Development

The applicant proposes to rezone the subject lands from Residential Type 1B Zone (R1B) to Residential Type 2 Zone (R2) to permit the severance of the subject lands into two residential parcels. The subject lands are currently used for low density residential use and contain a single detached dwelling and accessory building.
