Immanuel Christian School will prepare students to meet the challenge of the world and culture they live in as young and growing Christians. Thus, students are taught the skill of discernment in the light of God’s Word, the practice of stewardship for creation, the required commitment to a life of Christian service, and the beauty of witness through modelling God’s love in a broken world.
In 1954, the Immanuel Christian School was built with only 2 rooms, and an expected enrollment of 80 students. In 1966 an addition was made and in the early 70’s approximately 150 students were attending. Since then, a gymnasium, kitchens, and two classrooms have been added. This school is solely funded by parents of the pupils attending the school, and by the school’s extended Christian community.
