New Program! Active Living East Elgin

The Connection Club

Adults aged 55+ are invited to attend FREE drop-in recreation programs between September 2024 and March 2025. This half day program will offer a variety of active and passive social activities such as pickleball, shuffleboard, cards and games with light refreshments and snacks provided.

Where: Imperial Hall & Arena Lobby, East Elgin Community Complex, 531 Talbot Street West, Aylmer

When: 1st Thursday of the month from 10:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. (no Connection Club in January)

Who: Adults 55+

Cost: FREE; Registration not required

Lunch & Learn Workshops

Adults aged 55+ are invited to attend a FREE monthly Lunch and Learn session featuring various topics such as yoga/fitness, winter planter building, fraud prevention, safety at home, and SafeGuard Water Safety training.

Monthly workshops will feature a presentation from a community partner or local service provider as well as a luncheon.

Where: Blue Line Room, East Elgin Community Complex, 531 Talbot Street West, Aylmer

When: 3rd Wednesday of the month from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. (no Lunch & Learn session in January)

Who: Adults 55+
