The Connection Club

Adults aged 55+ are invited to attend FREE drop-in recreation programs. This half day program will offer a variety of active and passive social activities such as pickleball, shuffleboard, cards and games with light refreshments and snacks provided.

When: Wednesday April 30th, 2025 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Topic: Mindful Eating and Nutrition presented by Noa Henderson; This session teaches the community how to eat with awareness for better health. It covers mindful eating principles, nutrition basics for seniors, and practical tips to overcome common eating challenges. This session includes an interactive mindful eating activity and offers simple, balanced meal ideas to promote healthier habits.
