Public Notice: User Fees and Charges By-Law – June 12, 2026 – Aylmer Police Service
Take Notice that pursuant to Section 391 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, the Aylmer Police Service Board intends to consider a by-law to adopt User Fees for services provided by the Aylmer Police Service.
The staff report to explain the proposed by-law was included on the April 10, 2026 Board Agenda with the by-law being considered by the Board at their Regular Meeting of June 10, 2026 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Any person may make verbal or written comments regarding the proposed amendment to the User Fees and Charges By-Law. Comments regarding the proposed amendment to the by-law will be received by the Board Secretary until May 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. by telephone at 519-773-3164 ext. 4908, by email [email protected], or by mail at 46 Talbot Street West, Aylmer, ON N5H 1J7.
A copy of the proposed amendment to the User Fees and Charges By-law is available for review online or at the municipal office during regular business hours.
