Aylmer Council to Consider Additional Affordable Housing Incentives
On September 20, 2021 Aylmer Council will consider an amendment to the Town’s Community Improvement Plan. The proposed amendment will empower Council to provide Development Charge and Permit fee waivers or reductions as well as limited tax incentives to encourage local investment in Affordable Housing.
