Notice: Amendment to the User Fee By-Law
Please take notice that, pursuant to Section 391 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aylmer intends to consider a by-law to adopt an amendment to the User Fee By-Law.
Council adopted a commemorative policy on November 5, 2025, through staff report REC 08-25. Adoption of the fees for commemorative benches and trees will be considered by Council at their Regular Meeting of June 17, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m.
