Notice of Decision – General Housekeeping Amendment to Zoning By-law No. 57-99
TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aylmer passed the By‑law No. 63-21, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, to amend comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 57-99. Notice is given by the Town per subsection 34(18) of the Planning Act.

Pursuant to subsection 34(19.1) of the Planning Act, there is no appeal in respect of parts of a by-law that give effect to policies related to additional residential units. The By-law shall come into force and effect in accordance with the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 and the regulations thereto.
