Public Meeting Notice – EECC Capital and Operating Budget 2026 & User Fees

Subject: Public Participation Meeting East Elgin Community Complex Board of Management Capital and Operational Budget, and Consideration of Adoption of Budgets
Date and Time: November 26, 2025
Location: Blue Line Room at the EECC, 531 Talbot St W, Aylmer

The East Elgin Community Complex Board of Management will be holding a Public Meeting at their November 26, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the preliminary capital budget and the preliminary operational budget. The budget presentation and additional background materials are available for viewing on the East Elgin Community Complex website (eecc.ca), Aylmer.ca, or Malahide.ca prior to the meeting.

Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting and participate. If you wish to provide input without attending, written comments can be submitted to the Town of Aylmer Clerk for inclusion in the agenda, contact information below.
