Public Notice: Amendment to User Fees and Charges By-Law

Take Notice that pursuant to Section 391 of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2011, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Aylmer intends to consider a by-law to adopt an amendment to the User Fee By-Law for services provided by the municipality.

The staff report to explain the proposed amendment to the by-law was included on the February 18th, 2026 Council Agenda. The by-law will be considered by Council at their Regular Meeting of March 18th, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. The proposed amendment seeks to remove the non-resident fee for the Aylmer Pool.

A copy of the proposed amendment to the User Fees and Charges By-Law is available for review online or at the municipal office during regular business hours (Report CAO 07-26 – Non-Resident Fee Aylmer Pool).
