Town of Aylmer Breaks Ground on New Business Development Area AIM Park
Aylmer, ON – The Town of Aylmer will be hosting a ceremonial groundbreaking on August 13, 2024 at 4:00 PM to celebrate the completion of site servicing works at the Town’s new business development area AIM Park.
The 60-acre site, the first industrial land purchased by the Town since the 1980s, has been divided into 13 fully serviced lots ranging in size from 2.6 to 6.3 acres. Each site is serviced by water, sanitary and stormwater infrastructure, sized for industrial development, and is accessible by the newly constructed road AIM Park Way.
