The Town of Aylmer is happy to welcome Inclusive Communities Consulting & Life Skills to their new location at 55 Talbot St E. Inclusive Communities Consulting will provide day program support, one-to-one support as well as respite options to people with intellectual disabilities, people with mental health struggles as well as youth at risk. The goal of Inclusive Communities is to help people develop life skills through hands on learning experiences and focuses on quality of life while providing respite options for families.

The Town awarded $5,000 in grant funding for Inclusive Communities Consulting’s 55 Talbot Street East location as part of the Community Improvement Plan’s Downtown Façade Improvement Program. The grant fundings supports improvement of the building façade with a new sign (now in place) and new windows.


The Community Improvement Plan encourages the conservation, rehabilitation, and redevelopment of the identified Community Improvement Project Areas and, following an update in 2021, also provides increased affordable housing grant opportunities.
